Duties:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including personal care, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and tidying up the client’s living space.
- Assist with medication reminders and ensure proper administration.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each client.
- Follow established care plans and assist with implementing therapeutic interventions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
